The founder of Noelle Spa, Noel de Caprio, is credited with creating the concept of a day spa in the early 1970s. The menu includes traditional salon services, the expected day spa services, a growing roster of health and healing treatments, and a medical office for skin care and longevity consultation that is set to open in the spring of 2005.
