Miraval, Life in Balance® is an all-inclusive destination spa that allows guests to pursue individual goals by choosing from a comprehensive selection of activities and programs in areas ranging from fitness and nutrition to spirituality. All activities, meals, and snacks are included in the nightly rate, as are airport transfers and a daily spa service. The property's unsullied locale in the Santa Catalina Mountains, about 30 miles north of Tucson, teems with animals and birds as well as saguaro cacti. Lush plants and pools encircle the two-story Miraval Spa, a 35,000-square-foot (3,251 square meters), two-story complex with 30 treatment rooms. The spa menu features a number of rarely performed treatments inspired by the practices of ancient cultures.
