Aspira Spa

Aspira Spa opened in 2005 as part of an extensive renovation of the Osthoff Resort, a luxury destination on the shores of Elkhart Lake in southeast Wisconsin. The resort's lakeside property was the original site of the Osthoff Hotel, which opened its doors in 1886 and later became a notorious hideaway for Chicago gangsters during Prohibition. The spa emphasizes holistic and organic modalities, as evidenced by the feng-shui influenced design of the 20,000-square-foot facility as well as the incorporation of Asian concepts and alternative therapies (such as chromatherapy) into spa treatments.
