Founded in 1977 by clinical psychologist Dr. Gerard Musante, Structure House is dedicated to serious behavioral change for those seeking a healthier overall lifestyle. The grounds of the facility are spread over 21 acres near Duke University's campus in Durham, NC. The main building, a Georgian-style mansion, houses classrooms, a dining room, lounge area, and staff offices. Specifically Structure House can work with people who have diabetes, past bariatric surgery, heart disease and other health concerns. Structure House is not a traditional spa or resort, but a lifestyle-changing health oasis.
