Sahana Spa is a 3,500-square-foot spa facility with an elegant design scheme evocative of the opulence of royal India. Five treatment rooms house luxuries such as iPod docking stations and private steam showers. In addition, the spa features a meditation room, internet stations, and gender-separated locker rooms. Signature treatments include Sahana Lemon Sugar Massage, a full-body massage using aromatherapy and lemon-sugar exfoliation, and Sahana Aromatic Hot Towel Massage, which combines hot-towel application with deep-tissue and Swedish touch therapy.

The staff is rude and obnoxious. They did not make me feel welcome at all, plus the services were overpriced and not worth it at all. I would recommend going into the NYC to get better treatment. Also the rooms were dirty and the towels had some brown stains too.
