I tried mesotherapy many years ago, and file it away with the rest of the fat dissolvers under the heading of TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. These fat dissolvers make me suspicious because they all require the patient be on a diet and exercise program before starting the treatments. When I tried mesotherapy I was hoping to spot reduce the area behind my upper arms (I call it my hangy-wangies). The areas became a bit swollen and a little tender; leading me to believe it was doing something. But no, no changes visible at all. Since then I have tried several other fat dissolving techniques, from herbal wraps to laser beams. The only that really does work is lipo and that's only when done by a PS who is qualified.
