If you still have trouble logging in after clicking the correct activation link from the email sent to you when you registered, check your activation email to make sure you are entering the correct login information.
I've forgot my password or username. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, on the login page click the link that says "Forgot your password?" If you forgot your username, reference the email that was sent to you from Make sure SpaHub.com when you first registered. If you can not find the email please email customer service at partner_program@spahub.com,and they will send you your log-in information.
I never received an activation email.
Please check your bulk or spam email folder to confirm the activation email wasn't blocked by your spam filter. If you can not find the email please email customer service at partner_program@spahub.com.

It usually takes 72 hours for a completed new listing to go live on SpaHub.com from the time that we receive the request and a menu of spa services.
Does SpaHub have the Gift Certificate Program?
At this time SpaHub does not offer a Gift Certificate Program.

What am I agreeing to by enrolling in the Day Spa Partner Program?
By enrolling online, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Spa Partner Program Agreement.
What kind of commitment am I making by signing up?
The program is risk free, as you can leave at any time with 30 days' written notice. The payment is made on a monthly basis, with no commitment beyond the first month. You may stop your enrollment at any time.

We deduct payments directly from credit card accounts so that you don't need to write checks every month.
