Douglas L. Gervais, M.D. and Richard H. Tholen, M.D. are co-owners of Carillon Clinic, Ltd., a medically-based and physician-supervised skin and body care clinic that began as an extension of their Plastic Surgery Center in 1997. A few years later, another clinic was opened in the beautiful Main Street -Maple Grove area.
