| Most rude nurse i have ever met. I do not recommend this location. This is a highly sensitive case when dealing with any kind of surgery. Nancy does not understand this concept. I had already paid my deposit and was at my pre appointment to confirm my 350 saline. Nancy was annoyed at me because I wanted to switch to 450 cc gummy bear. She told me that if I chose to get the gummy bears at that size I am majorly risking my chest skin stretching out to form one boob. Hearing this I became extremely nervous. I wanted to ask the surgeon if that was true before I continued the appointment. This was when nancy told me i had an attitude and she no longer wanted to service me. I was shocked because i was really looing forward to my surgury until Nancy broke rules and regulations of a nurse. I tried to complain but she is also some type of manager so the complaint of herself would not have went thru. She Treats people this way you can imagine how many surguries they screw up. I left crying. Nancy Solorio showed no remorse I almost want to say she was prejudice. I do not understand. |
