| One of the most horrible salon experiences of my life. Got a mediocre cut from Tracey. The cut wasn't the worst part. The staff all appear to be superficial & fake. While I was there, a woman who could've been my grandmother came in for a perm. This woman was in a work uniform from a fast food restaurant. It appeared she either had been saving her money for a while, or was given a gift. The girl giving the perm, couldn't have cared less. She was rolling her eyes the entire time, & laughing behind this poor woman's back with other girls that worked there. She never spent time with the woman, & left her sitting in her rollers by herself while she laughed & gossiped with co-workers. If I could hear comments about the way this woman smelled, I can only imagine who else heard. I have never felt so sorry for someone. I wanted to pay her to go somewhere else! It's a shame this beautiful building is filled with ugly people.
It wasn't until after going there, that other people told me of their negative experiences at this salon. Not only bad services (some nightmares) but very unprofessional customer service. I will NEVER be back. |
